Royalty and Terms: Osisko currently owns several NSR royalties covering the majority of the AntaKori resource, ranging from 0.125% to 1.5% depending on location. This includes a 1.5% NSR royalty covering the core Mina Volare claim. Osisko’s effective NSR royalty over the current resource is approximately 1.0%. There are existing third-party royalties covering various claims at AntaKori and Osisko has the right to participate in any buyback of existing royalties on the property.
