Osisko declares second quarter dividend
Seventh Consecutive Dividend
(Montreal, May 4, 2016) Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd (OR:TSX) (“Osisko” or the “Corporation”) is pleased to declare a second quarter 2016 dividend of $0.04 per share payable on July 15, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 30, 2016. This dividend is an “eligible dividend” as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada).
