Osisko declares first quarter dividend
(Montreal, February 19, 2015) Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd (OR:TSX) (“Osisko” or the “Corporation”) is pleased to declare the first quarter 2015 dividend of $0.03 per share, payable on April 15, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 31st, 2015. This dividend is an “eligible dividend” as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada).

Osisko’s primary business focus is as an intermediate mining royalty and exploration company whose cornerstone assets are a 5% NSR royalty on the Canadian Malartic Gold Mine, located in Malartic, Quebec and a sliding scale 2.0% – 3.5% NSR royalty on the Éléonore mine, located in the James Bay area in Québec, acquired through the Virginia business combination.
